Agreement to Terms
By using FairCrew Poway Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Service Description
FairCrew Poway Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Poway, CA and surrounding areas. We operate 24/7 to help you when you need it most.
All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We make every effort to reach you quickly, but response times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and current demand.
Payment and Pricing
You agree to pay all charges for services rendered at the rates in effect when the service is provided. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Pricing may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and specific service requirements. We will provide you with an estimate before starting work whenever possible. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope or for vehicles that require special handling.
Your Responsibilities
When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of your problem. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing, as we are not liable for items left in the vehicle.
You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing for any vehicle. We may ask for proof of ownership or identification before providing services. You also agree to provide safe access to your vehicle and cooperate with our driver during the service.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care in handling your vehicle, but towing and recovery services involve some inherent risks. While we carry appropriate insurance, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the provision of services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage to custom modifications. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or road conditions. Our total liability will not exceed the cost of the services provided.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your service request, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver has already been dispatched or is en route to your location. We understand that plans change, but cancellation fees help cover our operational costs.
Storage and Impound
If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, daily storage fees will apply. You must retrieve your vehicle within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for personal property left in stored vehicles. Storage fees accrue daily until the vehicle is retrieved and all charges are paid in full.
Disputes
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We want every customer to be satisfied. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled according to California state law.
